New Zealand
Free shipping for all orders $150 and over.
All shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 nation-wide overnight shipping for standard shipping and $12 for rural shipping.
Please make sure you select correct rate at check out. Selecting the incorrect shipping rate will delay the delivery of your package. Your package will be dispatched once the difference of shipping is paid.
We are now using Courier post, NZ post and DHL for our domestic and international deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm we will aim to begin processing straight away. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow 1-4 working days for your order to arrive, depending on delivery location. An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
We also reserve the right to use another carrier if we consider this will be more efficient given your address or order. Time frames and tracking options may therefore differ to those mentioned above.

All Australian orders will receive free shipping at $250 & over

This will be a tracked express delivery service with DHL express with a delivery target of 3-5 days.
International
The following will receive free shipping for all orders $250 and over (Asia-Pacific, UK & Europes, US Canada & Mexico)
International shipping is now available with DHL express with a delivery target of 3-7 working days
The shipping charge for our international orders will be based on order weight. All rates displayed are in NZD.
