Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy

In order to have the right to return the goods:

- The goods must be submitted within our Return Portal (see below) and returned within 30 days from the day of purchasing. 

- The goods need to be unused and undamaged. Please be careful when trying on clothing, if items are returned with make up or stains, they will not be accepted.

- All the tags/labels need to be left on the goods. Items must be contained in original packaging. Activewear must be returned in zip lock bags. 

- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on fabric resistance bands & socks

- Sale items, bundles, free gifts & promotional items are not eligible for return, in some instances an exchange or store credit can be offered. 

-Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

If these conditions are not fulfilled the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.

-Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. 

2. Cancel & Refund Policy

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you purchased the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice through our Return Portal before sending back your order.

Once you have notified us about the return, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible or until we receive deliverables cancelled, at the latest within 30 days of your cancellation.

You the customer are responsible for all return costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 30 days from the day you purchased the goods.

We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

 3. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your goods please provide us with notice through our Return Portal before sending back your order.

You have the right to exchange your goods if the meet our Return Policy requirements within 30 days from the day you purchased the goods. 

All returns costs are to be paid by you, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired items by the time your return is received and when processing your exchange.

Faulty Items

We are so sorry for the inconvenience of receiving a faulty item. Please process your order through our returns portal. We will be in contact as soon as possible. In this instance all shipping costs will be covered by ryzn limited.
