Returns Policy

We cannot guarantee that your preferred item or size will be available for exchange, therefore we offer refunds or store credit for full priced items when an exchange item is unavailable.

We hope that you love your ryzn pieces, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return the unwanted item for refund if they are requested and received within 14 days of the date your order was dispatched. Please process all returns through our returns portal within 30 days of purchase. 

  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the original condition you received the item. All tags MUST NOT be removed from the item. Ryzn reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards. We will not accept returns that have the tag removed or have marks or stains on them (make up/fake tan). Therefore, please be careful when trying on items. If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the items will be sent back to you and you will be charged for additional shipping and handling.
  • You the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you make an exchange due to change of mind or incorrect size, the new items will incur an additional shipping cost. Return shipping costs will only be paid by us if we have sent you a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Ryzn is not responsible for the loss of items whilst in transit. If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty, ryzn will refund the shipping cost to you with evidence of a shipping receipt.
  • Sale items, promotional, bundles and free gifts are non refundable and non exchangeable. For hygienic reasons we not not accept returns on resistance bands unless items are faulty.

Please email your request for return to with your name, order number, address and reason for return. Please place return and order number in the subject.


You will be notified via the returns portal once your item has been inspected and processed. Please allow up to 10 working days once we receive your item to process your order. We will notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. Once approval has been notified your refund will be processed.

Faulty Items

First of all we apologise for the inconvenience.

If you have received a faulty item, please process your order through the returns portal with details of the fault. Our team will organise a replacement product as soon as possible. You will be issued a refund for the full amount of the unwanted product (less shipping). We will refund return shipping costs for faulty items, please include a receipt of your postage fees.

Please note that general wear and tear and damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect washing is not considered a manufacturing fault.
