Resistance bands are great for glute activation or if you want some xtra resistance for your home and gym workouts. Take and train with your bands and core sliders wherever you go; home, gym or when you are out and about travelling. 

 How do I care for my bands?

• Clean bands by wiping with a damp cloth.
• Do not use soap or any cleaning products to clean bands as these can deteriorate the strength of the band.
• Avoid storing bands near direct sunlight.
• Keep stored bands away from heat sources.

 

Material: Polyester, Cotton and Latex. 

Leggings and tights are true to size. 

Our 7/8 leggings have had changes made to sizing due to customer feedback. Please stick to your normal size. Our size XS fit in the 7/8 legging is more of a size 6, small size 8.
