How to maintain good habits
When you're trying to create a new habit, it can be hard to stay consistent. It's easy to get discouraged when you're not seeing results right away or when life gets in the way of your plans.

But there are ways that you can keep yourself on track and make sure that you're sticking with your habits for the long haul. Here are some tips for maintaining healthy habits:

1) Stay consistent by scheduling time into your calendar for each activity. This will help prevent you from overbooking yourself or letting other things interfere with your goals.

2) Download a habit tracker app like Done or Streaks so that you can easily see whether or not you've done what it takes to meet your goal each day. This will also help keep things organized so that nothing falls through the cracks! If you do not like to do things digitally, a simple journal is perfect for this type of thing!

3) Do things that you enjoy--and surround yourself with people who are like you or who have similar interests as well as people who support your goals!

4) Sometimes a life or health coach may help. They can help you with accountability and give you guidance where needed, especially in those moments where you cannot be bothered! Yes we all have those days!

The biggest and hardest step is just starting! It takes 66 days for a new routine to become automatic. If you want something to become automatic, do it for 66 days and see what happens.

You can do it!
